This was a gorgeous house that is well maintained and clean. The location is great, the property manager super responsive, and the views breathtaking. Well equipped and comfortable for spending time inside or outside by the pool/hot tub with lots of choices for spaces to congregate. Wonderful stay and we would all love to return!

This is a stunning property! Perfect location, peaceful and quiet. The roof top deck was an amazing place for morning coffee and sunsets. Host was very responsive if questions came up. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay in Sedona

This is a special property, in a gorgeous location. Our family had a great vacation swimming, cooking and eating. The views and things to do are incredible. Jared did a great job communicating, we'd go back in a heartbeat.

We loved Sedona! The home was perfect for our family! Beautiful, clean, spacious, kitchen was great! Wonderful sunset and sunrise views. Best views in the neighborhood. Convenient to hikes, stores, restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub! Would definitely stay there again!!

Above expectations & amazing views.

My family of 7 stayed at this property for eight nights, and it definitely exceeded our expectations, from the homes’s beauty inside and out, to the amazing views and location, to the accommodations and amenities. Even though we were away from home, it felt like we were at home. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a top tier experience and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing! The house easily accommodated our group of four adults and five teens. It is spacious, gorgeous and clean! It was perfectly located for our hiking, sight seeing and day trip to the Grand Canyon. The views from the house are stunning! Communication with property mgmt was smooth!

Wonderful Experience

My family and I had a wonderful experience and stay. The house is spectacular, with unbelievable views, a great outdoor kitchen area, pool area, and was very clean and tidy and well-maintained. Communication with the host was excellent, and it is obvious that he truly wants his guests to have a tremendous experience. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sedona.

The house and location were great. Our stay was comfortable. Took advantage of outside sitting and views constantly. Minor issue with the hot tub (and the communication with property manager was quick and detailed) but did not effect the overall quality of our stay. If future plans dictate a large, nice house we will not hesitate to reserve this property

Palatial house, exceptionally well-managed

Each member of our family (10 of us, ages 9-80) was thrilled with the home and its luxurious facilities. The house itself is immaculate, grand and lovely; lots of space for everyone, a chef's kitchen, and great views. The pool and spa kept the kids busy and happy for hours. Jared Folsom manages the property and was almost instantly and capably responsive to all inquiries or minor issues. And, of course, Sedona itself is spectacularly scenic on foot or by car.

Anniversary trip, traveling tiro

First of all the property manager was great and was always available. The house was beautiful, clean and all the rooms had lots of space. Oh and did i mention the view, amazing views. Close to restaurants and shopping. The only thing i would suggest is to have a few games to play in the evening when hanging out. But everything else was perfect. Thank you

Exceeded Expectations

This is an incredible home with high ceilings, spectacular views, plenty of space for our family to spread out. We really enjoyed the back yard fire-pit, pool and hot tub. There is great privacy and it was the perfect setting for our family. Jared was an incredible host. Our large family has stayed in many house rentals and never found a house manager as responsive and helpful as Jared. We look forward to returning soon. Thanks again.
