Huge floor plan allowing for multiple people to have their own space or come together. Pool was a great entertaining space for kids very clean and plenty of space to enjoy the Florida weather in sunshine mode.

The house is fantastic .Good location ,everything you need is there ,close to beaches.Comfortable beds and nice outside area.Eddie is amazing,respond very fast if you need something and always willing to help.I highly recommend this place to stay and relax

We had a great stay. The house is very nice! My kids loved the pool! Barber st. Is very busy and driveway can be hard to back out people fly down that road. Only downside we had. Great time thanks!

Great Place to stay!

Sebastian is a beautiful area, which offers lots of opportunity for active people. Beautiful bike trails, walks in parks and along the Indian River Lagoon, kayaking, easy ocean access, and a good variety of restaurants with outdoor dining and great food!

What a beautiful house! We had such a great time and any questions i had were answered with no issues. This will definitely be a house we keep on our list to stay again. The pool was beautiful and such a nice and relaxing setting to sit outside.

Eddie is a phenomenal host - clear and timely communication, friendly and welcoming. The house is perfect, exactly what I needed for a week of R&R. Well stocked, comfortable, and the pool is top notch. The beach is just a short drive away, and there are plenty of dining options and grocery stores nearby. This was my second time staying here, and it won’t be my last.

Daughter, husband & gran babes stayed in this lovely, welcoming home. Clean & well stocked. Location is close to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, fishing & major roads. Pool was wonderful. Craig, property manager was extremely helpful. They enjoyed their stay!

Wonderful Home!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. Everything was stocked so nice and the layout of the home was very nice for our family. A clean well kept place in a beautiful neighborhood with parks and lots of walking options. Eddie was wonderful and so responsive. We had zero issues. Would definitely stay again.

The home was clean and very accommodating. It was on a busy road and the grass needed to be mowed, so my first impression was a little disappointing. Once we got in, I was totally delighted. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool.

House had everything needed for an excellent family vacation. Appreciated the huge supply of new bathroom and pool towels. The kitchen had everything needed from pots and pans to spices. One really nice thing was the 4th of July bowls and table cloths available which made the day extra festive. Property Manager Eddie was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was great. We enjoyed staying at this property.

We rented this home to attend our niece’s graduation. House was very spacious, kitchen was well stocked and the pool and outdoor area was great. House was immaculate and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Home!

Great vacation home, fully equipped! We loved the pool and fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host Eddie was excellent. You can tell he is dedicated to what he does and cares about guest satisfaction!

House was very clean, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach towels & bedding, all in good condition. Pool was nice and with the waterfall was very relaxing. Nice fenced in yard for privacy.

Wonderful Home

This home is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It has all the amenities you need, including a clean pool at the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is nice and close to everything, and the property Manager is very efficient and friendly. We will go back or rent from the manager again.
