I called 14 times to get through to a live person to get transportation to the Motel 6. Was given a lame excuse as to why she could not answer the phone. We didn’t get a room and just stayed in there. I made arrangements for transportation to the airport the following morning we got a driver who not only did not wear her seatbelt. She was speeding more than 15 miles over the speed limit, and then announced that she was going to run the red light. She was highly agitated and use profanity when apologizing for her attitude, it left everyone silent because we were all afraid of getting backlash from the driver the driver was also the night staff and the cleaning lady and everything else. It was a horrible, horrible horrible situation. I don’t even know what to say other than I will never stay there again

Scammers

No one there to check us in when we arrived after midnight. We waited for about an hour before deciding to stay somewhere else. As two young women we didn't feel safe. When I called the next day to try and get a refund, I was told that the front desk person checked us in a half hour before we even set foot on the property. Because we were fraudulently checked in, they are saying we stayed the night and are refusing a refund.

Terrible stay! Room was in awful condition — no hot water, no WiFi, and the TV didn’t work. Their phone numbers don’t work, so you can’t reach anyone for help. Front desk staff were rude and unresponsive. The fridge and microwave were filthy, outlets were useless for charging devices, and airport pickup/drop-off was a nightmare with long waits. Avoid this place at all costs!

No elevator for second floor. Dirty linens and towels. Blood stains in the bed sheets. Lack of basic supplies such as shampoo, tissue and coffee. Shower area is too small and the water pressure is too low for a comfortable shower. The TV is not working properly. Overall the room needs a complete overhaul to be able to compete in today environment.

This is a simple and clean no-frills motel. Room was very clean and recently re-done. Bathroom also clean and comfortable. There is free wifi if you log into it as instructed. Pool only open in warm part of summer; was closed by Sept 12th.

It was disgusting. The room says smoke free but got a STRONG smell of smoke and cleaning chemicals. The TV was broken or something because the hdmi plug ins would not register anything. Yet alone the channels provided were super staticky.
