It was a great hotel. Clean, beautiful room. The area around the hotel was a bit rough. There were a lot of closed businesses and homeless/drug users.

Seriously one of the best hotel stay visits I have ever had. Clean, beautiful, modern up to date everything. Every single person of their staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive to your stay. You get one free coffee or tea each morning down in their cafe area. Can't wait to check out the little restaurant area and roof top bar next time! 2 minute walk to Lumen Field and TMobile Park, 2 minute walk to the beginning of the boardwalk.

I really loved a lot about this location! It was clean, had valet parking, the rooftop bar was amazing. I also really loved that when we checked out we got complimentary coffees! The rooms were beautiful! I will definitely be back! Super close to lumen field, a short walk.

Loved our stay

We stayed one night at the Populus for the Morgan Wallen concert in July and it was the best decision for an event at Lumen Field. We were able to valet our car overnight for $80 upon check in (a great deal because most event parking was $80-100 and that’s not overnight parking rates) We were within walking distance of the stadium and plenty of bars and restaurants, we were able to enjoy drinks before during and after the event without worrying about driving home or fighting event traffic. Most importantly to me was the how friendly the staff was, every single person we engaged was very nice and we were greeted with smiles every time we came and went from the lobby. We passed housekeeping in the halls and they were polite and smiling as well as the clerk who checked us in, the valets and what I’m assuming were managers in the lobby. Our room was clean & the hotel is beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again for event at Lumen Field.

Excellent, brand new. Great cafe, rooftop. Rooms aren’t soundproof though. Was woken up at 6am by my neighbor listening to music on their phone. Not loud, but the walls are thing. Otherwise loved my stay and will go back

Great establishment. BEWARE OF BOOKING ROOMS ON THE WEST SIDE OF BUILDING. The neighboring establish across the street on 1st avenue is miserable with noise. “THUMP THUMP THUMP” until 2am with no fair warning by the hotel. Really nice establishment with a really unfortunate neighbor in Cowgirls Bar. We had to change rooms at 12:45am due to not being able to sleep.

It’s alright beautiful but lacking

The overall property was nice beautiful hotel and the athletics very trend. The rooms are new and the bed was comfortable for me. It had all new carpet and furnishings in great condition. A bit on the small side in square footage. I was bummed that there wasn’t room service, no concierge services to help us with our trip in asking for food spots, things to do or basic info about train and airport questions. The provided coffee in the morning wasn’t available thank goodness for a management team member he tried his best to figure out how to make the pot kudos to him. And there were no bedroom slippers :( even my room key didn’t work! I asked the staff to help and her key wasn’t working either so I had to wake up my husband from sleep to let me in. All in all I odds are we won’t or may not return. I wanted more amenities to feel like I’m on vacation not at home on a note if no room service than restaurants should stay open later

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Check in was easy enough. I may be the only one but I was disappointed that there was no ice bucket/maker on any floor(I had to request it at the front desk). Additionally, we paid for the $80 valet. We arrived late on the night we arrived with no issues or warnings showing on our car. We dropped the car to the valet and it was there all night until the morning when we requested to pick it up. When they dropped it off, they very quickly pushed us into moving and as soon as I got onto a regular road, I noticed that the tire pressure was at 10, when it was at the normal 33 when we dropped it off. I understand they may not be liable for the damage, they should absolutely say something. I can from 300 miles away I could have gotten into serious trouble.
