Host was very welcoming, had the TV "fireplace" app going and coffee and cream in the fridge for us when we arrived. Beautifully landscaped yard. Close to stores and 20 min drive to the Space Needle. Was a great stay!

This property worked very well for our stay in Seattle. It was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and live comfortably in the home. The back yard was very pretty and lovely to sit in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. It was located near some parks and restaurants that the six of us enjoyed. Very nice place.

This property was great for our vacation with our 11 year old twin grandchildren. It was easy for us to get downtown to the needle and also up to Edmonds. The property was stocked with everything we needed. The host notified us that the water would be turned off for replacement of lines on one day. but we were gone that day so it didn't affect our stay. And he had provided extra bottles of water just in case and he kept us updated on the status of the situation. We really enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! Richard hosts a wonderful place that is fully equipped with all our needs. The beds were very comfortable, we tried to find the brand because we loved them so much! We especially loved how close it is to PCC for some local groceries and the home itself is situated in a nice quiet area. We slept very well. We absolutely recommend Richard’s home and hope to stay in the future!

Awesome Stay in South Seattle

We had a great stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It was centrally located for everything we had planned in South Seattle, Georgetown, and Burien—super convenient. Being close to the airport was a huge plus, and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no noticeable airport noise. The backyard truly felt like a little oasis—quiet, green, and relaxing. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions, which made everything even smoother. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect get away

The house was fantastic. The property manager was amazing, and took great care of us. We ubered into Seattle with no problem. There’s always an uber close by. Would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay a little outside of the city.

The property was conveniently located near the airport and Seattle. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. The house and outside area was charming and comfortable for our family/friend trip over an extended weekend. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood with parking on site to relax during our stay. Everything you need is available for cooking or barbecue out back. The beds were super comfy! I would stay here again in the future!!

Great home in lovely neighborhood

We had family in town for a celebration of life and really enjoyed staying in this neighborhood. We wanted to be close to the airport. It was also close to Southcenter and we enjoyed exploring West Seattle as well. Lovely home with all necessary amenities.

Great place!!

Communication with host was fantastic and instructions were great. The place was as advertised and worked great for our girls weekend. We have someone who is blind and the house is highly accessible. The layout of the house is nice and the outdoor areas were well maintained. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the towels were sooo soft! Highly recommend!

Pros: Great location especially if you’re visiting family in south seattle. Clean Good bedroom sizes Cons: Mattress protectors made sleeping extremely hot! (I understand they are needed but maybe upgrade) Washer leaked (manager was aware and very quick to respond)
