We loved this little home. It was close to restaurants and it was very clean and inviting. Having a deck and yard and a place to park was a real plus!

Lovely home in a great spot!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was just as listed. Comfortable and clean with some local restaurants within easy walking distance.

Beautiful Ballard

The neighbourhood is awesome and a great place to land and be in while in Seattle. The house is older but they keep it clean and take good care of it. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location and clean little cottage

We booked this house for my parents to stay at while visiting recently (we live in the neighborhood as well). Great location, right off 65th. Clean, modern place that was comfortable for their stay. Would recommend.

Cute neighborhood and cuter house

This was the perfect distance from downtown and we were super close to buses and it was only about a 15-20 min Uber ride to downtown. The house was perfect and clean and the neighborhood had everything we needed!

Sisters get away

The property was just as listed! We loved the area. It was convenient to have several restaurants and convenience stores so close! We were fortunate to have lovely weather so we spent time in the backyard.

The Ballard Cottage is very clean and cute. The location was exactly what we wanted - close to shops and our son. The kitchen is very nice with coffee setup, filtered water and ice. I really appreciated the nice wine glasses. The BBQ was ready for our use and very clean. The beds are made up with fresh linens and do not have multiple use quilts or comforters which we prefer. The bathroom was stocked with necessities. We like having laundry on site, although we didn't need it this trip. Having a dedicated parking spot in the driveway was a big factor for us as we drive a Suburban and the Ballard streets are famously narrow. I highly recommend the Ballard Cottage.

Once again a perfect stay!

This was our second time to stay at this property and we weren't disappointed. The location couldn't be better. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance and there isn't a better place to stay in Seattle than Ballard. I was having some email issues due to travel and Karen helped me out quickly. Clean, great beds, full kitchen, nice patio with grill and a washer and dryer! A perfect place for us!!

Cute cottage

Easy place to stay. Very close to businesses for morning coffee or evening meal. Good lighting for reading. Nice to sit by the front window and watch the neighborhood or the kitchen table and watch a rabbit in the backyard. Any issues we had were responded to in less than a day.

This cute little house was perfect for our weekend in Seattle for a wedding in Ballard. Spacious and light, and we loved the kitchen nook!

Fantastic cottage!

Everything was perfect! I did not pay attention when booking and realized when we arrived that there was no Air conditioning. It was really hot when we arrived at 11 pm. But we opened all the windows and there were fans in each room so it cooled down pretty quickly. Close the windows and all window coverings during the day and it stays pretty cool.

Great place in ballard

Perfect place to enjoy the Seattle neighborhoods. Convenient location to everything Seattle has to offer. Clean, comfortable, and nice host. Will definitely stay again during our summer visits to Seattle.
