No glasses to brush teeth. Only two lights-one by front door and one in bathroom. No clock so totally dark in room even when light outside. The plugs are useless as they fall out if any weight is on them. The only one that would hold my charger was in the bathroom.

Room was clean. Chair upholstery was torn all the way across the seat. It should be discarded. Pavement around the property, especially to and from the street, is in TERRIBLE condition. Horrible, jarring bumps. HVAC unit is up very high on the wall and very hard to reach and see. It was OFF but should have not been.

This was the worst stay I've ever had anywhere. I stayed a total of one week. I got to the front desk and they told me not to book on Expedia because they would make it cheaper. So at first they was nice then they took our deposit and put us in a room. We stayed two nights and decided to stay for two more. I showed them where it coast less on Expedia and then they told us they needed to paint the room. So they made us move to a much smaller room the AC barely worked the next day come to check out they would not give us our deposit back they charged us $ 2.00 for each trash bag we used . I've never in my life have experience this . This is the worst place I've ever stayed . The male and female at the front desk they are the owners. They are the worst people I have ever meet Very unprofessional. I don't see how they stay in business...... I still can't get over how they treated us. Bad Bad Bad people .....

Great Simple Stay

This hotel was a great economical choice for a trip to Searcy, AR. The rooms are simple but very clean. It was quiet, and the proprietors are very friendly. It made up for the lack of amenities in peace and quiet, cleanness, and its close proximity to everything.

The motel is old and outdated.The room was very clean but the bleach smell was overpowering and I had trouble sleeping because of it.The smell could trigger asthma or migraines it was so strong! They charged an additional $25 per pet ($50!!) I had to keep my 5# chihuahua in the car or the pet fees would have been more than the room itself. Zero amenities.Worked for 1 night. I felt safe enough to walk my dogs. Located on main road near stores and restaurants. Drove past motel 2x because sign is old and not clearly visible. The room doesn't look anything like the picture, just saying...

The hotel had taken payment before arrival, when I had set it for payment on check in. Then when we got into our room, the TV didn’t work, we asked the manager for a different tv, but he said that they didn’t have any, and advised that the repairman was not there and he would not come in due to the weather. However, we did not have any weather at that time. The room was overall clean, but the floor was dirty.
