Awful hotel- If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, please think twice. Our experience at this hotel was completely ruined by the staff—specifically Gwen and Jeremy. They were extremely unprofessional and humiliated the bride during what should have been one of the happiest weekends of her life. Their behavior was not only inappropriate but downright disrespectful. It was shocking to see such a lack of care and professionalism from employees representing a hotel of this level.

The spa was relaxing, I had one of the best massages to date and I regularly receive them. The room itself was left to be desired. The furniture, wall hangings and bath fixtures are outdated. The front desk team was very welcoming and friendly.
