Pet friendly, and several parks/lawns/riverfront walkways right out front door. Breakfast & breakfast staff terrific. Our Room was on street side, and was NOISY all thru night. Parking a bit of a pain, as is everywhere in Savannah, & we’re not typically valet folks. Great location for walking and shopping riverfront. Restaurants not stellar on riverfront, as more geared for tourists; but, still fun to stroll this area. Overall nice stay.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only things I have for recommendations are looking into better pillows. The ones we had were really flat and not comfortable. Also, the cost of parking in that parking garage nearby should be fully disclosed upon checkin as we were billed and was unpleasantly surprised. I know the hotel probably does not own the garage but the word can be pass

I called the front desk to inquire about the admenties I asked a guy named Manny do the hotel have a full kitchen? He was sarcastic and said yes. I drove 4 hours from Atlanta and brought my groceries with me once I got there I learned that there was not a full kitchen a full kitchen it's with a oven the room I had was a kitchenette.I needed to be clear because I was on a budget because I had no full kitchen I couldn't cook in result I had to spend more $ than anticipated. The parking was across 40.00 pee night way to expensive.

Customer service was good , hotel was clean , location was convenient, ,but the bed was incredibly hard , the pillows was terrible, for a hotel this expensive the bed should be a lot better then that
