House was nice and clean. AC didn’t work very well. We would come home in the afternoons and it was warm in the house (even though we had the air turned down) and it wouldn’t cool down until middle of the night.

Property not as described

Arrived at property on 6/23/2025, exhausted only to find there was no security as described. Advertised as having secure parking with automatic gate that required code to enter. Gate was broken and no way to secure our personal belongings or our vehicle. Notified property management next morning to cancel and get refund for unused nights. I was told no refund. The reason we booked this property was because it indicated that it was secure with coded entry requirement. They even provided a gate code. Traveler beware.Contacted VRBO and no resolution as of 7/11/2025. Still waiting to be reimbursed. I sent pictures and information to VRBO as requested.

Lovely place!

Our stay was great! Location was in a good area within walking distance to most things in the heart of downtown Savannah and only about a half hour from Tybee beach. Our place was quiet and clean. Perfect space for me and 4 of my friends. Would stay again! :)

The host was extremely easy to communicate with. The place is quite large for a two bedroom. It’s also very well stocked in terms of kitchen items and towels. There was a bit of noise upstairs and the host was right on it. Thanks so much for that! I would definitely stay here again if we came back to Savannah.

Great location

This is a quieter section but close to Forsyth Park. There were a few things I did not like about this property. 1. They really want a lot of info before you check in. The link to the website does not work and you HAVE to go through the website for EVERYTHING. 2. I booked because it was an upper floor condo. Only AFTER booking do they say you will not be guaranteed that condo. Of course we were street level with noisy neighbors above us!! 3. The door bolt did not want to fit into the hole so locking the condo required patience. 4. There was black mold on the AC vents. Most places in Savannah are quite old so small things should be expected. The fact that I did not get the place I thought I booked is inexcusable and should be made known PRIOR to booking not AFTER.

Great place

I would highly recommend this property. It was not only super clean but it was in a great area that was walkable too so much. Check in and check out were very simple and parking was easy.

Perfect stay for visiting Savannah

We enjoyed our stay here! It was comfortable, clean and so convenient for walking to a lot of the sites, restaurants and parks we wanted to go to while visiting Savannah. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Getting in and out was a breeze, and it was great to have a parking spot! Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful place and a beautiful city

I love Savannah. This condo was centrally located walking distance from everywhere. The people are so friendly in Savannah. I think our dog got pet by 50 people Halloween night lol. The city is amazing. Thank you for a great stay!
