Check in was good, however the lock on the door to the property was very difficult! We actually got locked in for about an hour. Would not have been a huge issue if we were not going out for reservations. Property manager treated me like I was crazy the door was locked from the inside, but it most definitely was. There was also an attic space that was partially opened, and would not close. Kind of creepy really. On the day of check out you are not “allowed” to use the pool. I did not see this anywhere in the property description when making reservations. I was very disappointed because the day I planned to go to the pool it rained. I tried to text about going to the pool the day of check out, check out being 12:00. I was not given the pool code, and I was told I could not use the pool from 10-12:00. Very disappointed with that, especially having rainy weather while I was there. One of the reasons I chose this property was because of the pool!!! I’ve used VRBO many times, and never had an issue with using the pool day of check out. Especially considering it’s a bit early for the pool, and I’m sure there were not many people there from 10-12 that day. The location was great, that was a plus.
