Lujosa Villa Fillipe 1 A Estrenar! Vista al mar: espaciosa, piscina privada y aire acondicionado

Absolutamente impresionante 6 dormitorios y seis baños. propiedad para 12 personas más tengo cama extraíble para 2 personas adicionales. Ubicado justo en el mar. Centralmente
ubicado a 5 minutos de Baby Beach, a poca distancia del restaurante Zeerover. 15 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad y 20 minutos en coche de Eagle Beach o Palm Beach. Todo nuevo con pisos 3D. Absolutamente impresionante 6 dormitorios y seis baños. La propiedad tiene capacidad para 12 más y tengo cama extraíble para 2 personas adicionales. Ubicado justo en el mar.
Sí, puedes caminar si no te importa caminar en el calor. Lo hice todos los días este último viaje, con la excepción del tiempo que caminé hacia el faro y de regreso. Mi sugerencia es traer agua fría y algo de dinero para que pueda volver a llenarlo. Disfruto caminando / trotando en Aruba tan a menudo como puedo pero no me importa el calor.

An immaculate home right on the ocean, your own pool, and bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! Edward and Tony are great. They respond immediately and are very helpful. Tony brought us gas for the grill on the only day it ever rains in ArubaWe used the 12 person van with a great deal, it was very nice as it is a little ways from restaurants but it saved us from organizing for multiple taxis!Thank you for a great family stay! Tony and Edward get an A

I want to provide a review on both the house and the owner Edward, each being amazing! We had 12 people in our group and we never felt crowded. The house was very clean and comfortable and you can't beat being right on the water with your own beach! The only issue we had during our stay was with the airline and not being able to fly home on our original date. I contacted Edward and he was more than accommodating by helping us find a place to stay at one of his properties. Do yourself a favor and book this house or any other property managed by Edward!

Beautiful villa in paradise

The property was awesome and views of the sea were beautiful to wake up to every morning. I would highly recommend this to a large group of family and friends!

I host my O'ahu Retreats Reunion at 2 of the 3 Villas last week. We filled up all 12 rooms and it never felt crowded. All I can say that it was amazing. Everything we wanted, beach, pool and a cool villa with A/C. It was perfect! I would like to do this once a year for my past guests in Hawaii as the girls said they will come back! Thank you!

This is our 2nd time staying at Villa Fillipe and it’s just as stunning as the 1st time. Edward is a fantastic host, always answers when I texted him with a question. Tony is also fantastic! First time in Aruba and Won't be our Last!

Highly recommend these Villas. The view is unmatched, and the entire house is well thought out and comfortable. Tone and Edward are always there if anything is needed and are very quick to respond.

Beautiful Beach house in Savaneta

We had a great time at Edwards place on the beach! A stunning home that was clean and safe. Edward was a great host and most helpful with any requests we had. The pool was maintained while we were there amd was pristine. We hope to visit again some day!

Absolutely Amazing

This place is better than the photos. We had an amazing time the house has everything and then some the views are amazing safe area and will definitely go back to the same place. Our host is very friendly and responsive. Best experience ever.

Tremendous location and host

This property is in an ideal location, great for private beach and pool time but also close to the island hot spots. Host is wonderful, communicates often, and serves his guests well. Clean, well provisioned and maintained. Nothing like floating in your pool while hearing the ocean and enjoying the views. There is also an island 0.2 miles from the house you can snorkel too.

Perfect Celebration Spot!

Overall, this property is amazing! 6 bedroom 6 bathroom, with pool, on water, at this price is almost unheard of. And George and Edward were both fantastic to deal with!

This property is exactly like the pictures. It was amazing with lots of room for everyone. Chantel was great and met us at the house the first day. She also checked in to see if we needed anything. I would stay here again, it was great.

WOW is the best way to describe our stay. The house, location and views were fantastic. Can't say enough about how well Edward communicated before and during our stay. Always answered our questions immediately. Had no issues with the house. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was fantastic, starting with our host, Edward, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout.We traveled as two families (3 adults, 4 kids), and the layout was perfect. Each guest enjoyed their own spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom—a huge hit with the kids, who especially loved the giant beds. The rooms offered plenty of storage, and the quality of the linens, pillows, and towels was excellent. We particularly loved the second-floor balconies.The kitchen was fully equipped with modern Samsung appliances, ok knives, and ample dishes. We made great use of the grill and its extensive tool set, and the large dining table easily fit our entire group.While the pool was a nice change of pace, we spent most of our time in the ocean. Using the local public dock to jump in was a highlight; it’s a lively spot for locals and offers great snorkeling right out front. We also rented kayaks from The Shack Aruba (delivered to the door) to explore the barrier islands and Sea Glass Island just offshore.The location is ideal—peaceful and tucked away from the commercial crowds of Oranjestad and Noord. For transport, we highly recommend Jeep Aruba. Though their booking process is low-tech, they are reliable, meeting us at the airport for a seamless handoff. The Jeep was essential for exploring the national park and the rugged coast near Baby Beach. For taxis, call Gregory (The Aruban Assassin) at 297 734 2314. He’s a former MMA fighter with a heart of gold.

Truly magnificent !

Everything was wonderful. Picture waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below the balcony. Edward was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Savaneta is relaxing and the dock next door was the perfect location to just relax The beach felt private and the pool was perfect. We will be back in a couple of months it was that good!
