I’m not sure why this is listed as a brand new house as it is clearly not, however, it is very clean and nicely furnished and decorated and very comfortable. We arrived at 4:00 for check in as we were told to but showed up to find they didn’t know we were coming despite my confirmation and payment. They made quick work to get the house ready on such short notice. There was lots of trash outside and around the house. We could not access the TV or the Wi-Fi. The owner tried to help us and was very responsive, but unfortunately, it could not be resolved. The upstairs was very warm and we did not have access to turn down the heat. The owner was not able to help us with that. She was very responsive, but unfortunately, we could not resolve our issues. I suspect this is not usual for this property and could see that it could be a really nice place to stay. The location is great to walk into town.
