It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and not only watch and hear the ocean waves but enjoyed the birds flying close by the building. The beach was small, quiet, and enjoyable. The unit was clean and well kept.

Great condo! Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and great view/location. There are good food options just across the street as well. Although its a 5 star condo, the building needs updates and lowered my overall rating to 4.

Just as described with added bonuses of beach towels, beach chairs, bathroom amenities and full kitchenware. Watched dolphins in the mornings on the patio and enjoyed the sea turtles late at night. Great relaxing stay, thank you!!

Ocean at your balcony

Beautiful condo on beach

My husband and I recently stayed at the condo for the New Year weekend. Condo is beautifully decorated, lovely view of the ocean. Convenient to many attractions the area has to offer. Great restaurants throughout the area. Would definitely recommend. Hope to return soon.

Gorgeous view!

We loved our stay at the condo. The highlight was the balcony-we could fit our whole family on it and see the ocean from the living room. The place was very clean and updated. Communication from the host was excellent. The only downside was not having direct beach access but we beach hopped and got to try out several in the area. Nice location and private.

Not good

Dirty floors, dirty windows, hot water for bathtub luke warm, tv in bedroom didn't work, filter on furnace hasn't been changed in years. I had to fix the bedroom toilet. Told Adrian about all this when we checked in. Nothing done and we checked out today.

Don’t do it. Cancel before it’s too late.

Construction vapors, fumes, & dust permeate everywhere. Slight burn in lungs after a few minutes. Not inhabitable if you want to maintain good health. Don’t enter building if you have any health impairments. Hallways are dark and spooky. Horror movie vibes. Rental unit itself has potential charm if building gets modernized, bright, secure, and safe. Air quality horrible. Air needs to be purified & tested & retested. The concrete-filled pool looks abandoned & ancient. Beach access is boarded up and ugly. There’s no way to seal off the fumes or escape the dusty air of the renovations. We left within minutes.

Beautiful condo, excellent view.

Condo has been beautifully updated with absolutely everything you need. It was VERY clean.They had beach towels, chairs, sand toys, fully equipped kitchen, and the utensils to cook with, hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, and honestly we didn’t need anything they hadn't provided except food. We would stay again. Having said that, the construction completely blocks beach access. This is a top floor end unit and the noise was barely heard and certainly didn’t impact the view. You just couldn’t walk to the beach that is directly out your window. Can’t beat the view though and sound of the ocean. There is beach access at multiple locations a very short drive away, but it’s a drive. Not a walk out your door. So keep that in mind. If your goal is to lounge on the beach at your convenience, wait until construction is done. If you want a beautiful condo in a very nice location (not your typical tourist feel) yet very close to tourist traps, and don’t mind a quick drive to the beach, this is the place for you even with the construction.

One issue after another

Within first week, electronic lock on door malfunctioned, after a few hours locksmith had to drill into adjacent door to get access to unit Kitchen disposal didn’t work and it took THREE days for rental company to send out a professional plumber despite numerous calls to them. Had a sink full of liquid and spaghetti sauce in sink and dirty pots on stove for three days. Unacceptable! The management company did reimburse us $500 for eating out and inconvenience. A subsequent clog happened a few days later. Building handyman found a bit of angel hair pasta in bottom of pipe/tube under sink. Was not able to use the disposal the rest of the trip. Very inconvenient. On Saturday Feb. 24 an incident with the building required all units to turn off their air units. This wasn’t fixed until February 28. No heating or did during those 4 days. The management company offered us $100 for this incident but frankly I’m done. Would not recommend this unit or building to anyone. Have no doubt the next guests are going to have kitchen disposal/drain issues. That said, the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful and the condo was very nicely decorated and the kitchen nicely stocked. Tris is the first negative review like this I’ve had to leave.
