This Hotel and Orbitz ripped me off. I booked the hotel one night off. Orbitz and the Hotel no refund, no changing the date. Either there is a discounted price or not. Orbitz and hotel pocketing money for nothing. I didn’t so I could rate the hotel they were keeping my money anyway. Money grubbers

The room was okay small for sure the tv was older and it got super hot which made the room warm. The pool was freezing they said they had an issue with a heater ? Not really sure tried to leave a day sooner because five kids no pool no other fun stuff but they declined it. Fine if your adults with no desire to swim.

Great location. The room was clean enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Good options for breakfast, and the lobby area was great with many seating options where you could relax or eat. The mini-restaurant came in handy during the snow storm and the staff was great. Upon check-in, Lainey was great in keeping me posted on the storm--and kept me safe by recommending the state roads during storm travel. Plenty of parking. I'll definitely be coming back.

The staff was friendly at the desk, check in and out was flawless. The pool/hot tub were great and worked as they should which was why we stayed there. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was cold. I couldn’t sleep due to the cold and the bed. Covers on the bed were thin but there were extra blankets in the room so no big deal. Clean.
