Very nice place. Host was very accommodating

In town for a training class. Got into town early and the host very graciously allowed early check-in. Their home is very nicely appointed. Comfortable bed. Just about all the comforts of home. Very close to downtown, the beach, the interstate. Really an outstanding location. If ever in town again for another training course I plan to see if I can book it again.

Cute Sarasota Home

Our stay was very pleasant in this small but well appointed home. The check in/out process was easy and the use of a driveway was very convenient. It was too hot to enjoy some of the outdoor features of the backyard, but I really liked the screened in porch, it was s nice breakfast area bonus.The neighborhood this property is located in is not great. There are loud and frankly sketchy looking neighbors on all sides, including those across the street who had a minimum of 9 cars parked on their lawn always, and people coming and going at all hours. A man walking his dog blocked the driveway and stared me down menacingly for 5 minutes until I had to circle the block to get into the driveway. If my husband wasn't with me, I would have left and booked a hotel as it wasn't a super safe vibe outside the house. Be aware of that is all I'll really say on the matter.Besides that, the location was well situated and close to downtown. The property wasn't too close to major roadways as to be noisy at night while still providing convenient access.

Wonderful little house

Even though I brought most of my own articles, the house was equipped with everything. I was very impressed. Even down to spices! The one and only thing that was missing was sugar which I bought and left there for the next family. Wouldn’t hesitate to come again!

Great little home!

We had a great stay at this Sarasota home! The location was perfect—close to all the main beaches like Turtle, Siesta Key, and Lido. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved spending time on the lanai for dinners and morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC kept the home nice and cool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Sarasota Cottage

What a wonderful place to stay! The house was bright and well decorated. Every detail was thought out to make the living space inside and out warm and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Vaca shortened by Helene

We enjoyed 2 of 5 days in the Sarasota area before leaving early due to Helene warnings. When we called our Evolve contact, we got no answer and left a voicemail. We were concerned that the owner should know that the house would be vacant. After a 5 hr trip back to Orlando due to hurricane traffic, we still had no contact. The next day, I found an email address to the company. They did respond but we never heard from the listed agent contact. They implied that we should have just stayed in a hurricane prone area. We were impressed by the property we rented and would have returned at a later date or recommended it, but we will never deal with Evolve agan..We are checking our 2 other scheduled Vrbo rentals to be sure that we are dealing with owners who will respond.

Comfortable and quiet

My family members and I stayed in Sarasota to see a dying family member. As uncomfortable as the situation was, the house we stayed in was lovely. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings and had lovely dinners together. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. It is just minutes from the beach.

Perfect little blue house

We had a great experience all around. The house was extremely clean and conveniently located. Loved sitting in the screened in porch and having coffee in the mornings. The restaurants close by were very good and the beach chairs/towels were so nice to have for our beach day.

Great stay in Sarasota!

Refurbished, impeccably clean little house that was plenty large enough for two friends staying for a long weekend. Especially appreciated the bedroom blackout curtain and shades and how comfortable the beds were. Loved the screen porch. The house has generous amounts of everything you need to be comfortable. A 15 - 20 minute drive to most beaches and downtown Sarasota, but that was okay with us. We had a little trouble communicating initially via Vrbo with the property management co (evolve), but that eventually got worked out to our satisfaction. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place

The home was clean, cozy and cozy, with a lovely private yard and screened in porch. Everything exceeded expectations, from the well stocked kitchen to the laundry room and bath. The location was central to both Nathan Benderson Park and the many attractions of Sarasota. We were delighted with our time here.

Everything was in a very good condition. We also enjoyed the garden and the porch. Shopping was close and also the great Beach of Siesta Key! Short Rides also to the golf courses in Bradenton.

For beach lovers and cyclists

Me and my husband stayed for 1 week in November over Halloween. The house is spotless, very nice and clean. It is very well equipped and offers everything you need. The screened lanai in the back is perfect for both breakfast, afternoon relaxing and dinner. We visited Longboat Key beach and Siesta Key beach; both are about 25 minutes’ drive away. Siesta Key beach is very big and there are lots of parking’s, Longboat is smaller, but still very nice and not so crowded. There is also a very nice and long bike trail in Sarasota called The Legacy trail. It starts just about 10 minutes away on bike from the house. I really recommend it! The only thing that was a bit negative is the location because the house is very close to Fruitville Road which is very busy. But that does not affect my view of how nice and well cared for the house is. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our short stay here and unfortunately were unable to take advantage of the screened in porch and patio. Property is well taken care of and the owners are attentive to details. Would definitely stay again when visiting Sarasota.

Comfy House

Everything we could have wanted was provided by the hosts. We didn’t have to worry about the little things you need when you first get there for the bathroom or kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Nice TV and comfortable couches. The neighborhood is older relative to this home. The location made it easy to get to both downtown Sarasota and I-75 when we took trips to Tampa, Naples, Sanibel.

The perfect little cottage

This was a BEAUTIFUL place! Very clean, nice neighborhood, and not a far drive to the beach!

My husband and I took a trip to Florida for my birthday, and we would definitely stay at this property again! It was BEAUTIFUL! It was very clean, and very well kept up with! The property manager was awesome, and did their absolute best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable! Highly recommend this place!

This place is so perfect.

We cannot say anything bad. There is nothing wrong in this home. Everything is recently renovated. Excellent decoration. No dust, everything was very clean. They have what ever you need in the cabinets. Quite neighborhood. We really enjoyed our vacations and we will definitely comeback soon.
