Os quartos são bons, mas sem infraestruta, então nossa coisas ficam, mais ou menos, como se fosse em uma baarraca de acampamento. Limpo e as pessoas que lá trabalham são atenciosas e educadas. A pior experiência de hospedagem de minha vida. Única exceção os funcionários que apenas cumprem ordem. Check-in após 15 horas, COBRANÇA para deixar malas até a liberação do quarto, cama pequena e com um beliche em cima, sanitário SEM DUCHA HIGIÊNICA. Optei por perder uma diária paga e buscar outro hotel que mesmo com a política de Check-in após 14 horas me liberou o acesso às 11h40m sem qualquer cobrança e, fosse o caso de guardar as malas não haveria qualquer cobrança. Quarto amplo, cama King-Size, banheiro com DUCHA HIGIÊNICA, localização em área nobre (Avenida Ibirapuera, Moema). E por preço da diária 20% menor. Pela falta de empatia administrativa, com exposição dos funcionários a constrangimento para explicar o inexplicável, elimino a rede hoteleira em questão de qualquer possibilidade de reserva futura.
