The balcony door lock was broken. I didn't realize this until after I left the hotel for a few hours. My room was stationed between two other rooms. It would have been easy for the guests in those rooms to climb over the wall to get inside my room. The neighborhood gets shady at night. Other than that, I liked the breakfast buffet.

Falta lixeira com sacos tanto no quarto quanto no banheiro. O que pude notar que esse hotel gosta de "economizar" com que é essencial e PRIMARIO. Pelo fluxo de pessoas deveriam ter mais uma recepcionista para atender. A que estava la se desdobra para resolver questões alem da recepção como por exemplo, problemas com cartao que e usado para abrir a porta.Em relacao aos funcionarios nada a reclamar sobre a prestação de serviços que cada um fizeram.Vejo que os funcionarios deveriam ter maior suporte e ferramenta de trabalho para eles executarem o serviço. O atendimento deles nao tenho nada a reclamar.
