It is a nice place to stay while visiting Santiago for a few days. It is in the heart of the historic part of the city. In walking distance to many landmarks. I stayed on the 22nd floor and the view from my balcony was amazing ! The unit didnot have an AC but didnot need it even during the summer months because of the breeze coming thru the windows. The hallways had food smell but didnot have any smell in my unit. The breakfast served in the mornings was excellent ! I recommend staying here.

We added a night to our stay at the beginning of our stay due to a change in our itinerary. We checked In and clearly explained that we had two separate reservations but due to the large amount of luggage we had we didn’t want to change rooms. The second day we found a note in the room leaving the impression that we forgot to leave. We went to the desk and spoke with the manager “William” who told us we had made an error and either needed to change rooms (after 8 pm) or pay more. He was abrupt, condescending and rude stressing the message that we had made the error. He only listened when he was called out for his consistent interruptions. It still didn’t make a difference and cost difference was minimal and not worth repacking and changing rooms. William made what was a great impression poor.

It was like living in an apartment,. It would have been nice to have more communication on what to do to get more toilet paper, etc. Great location. Unfortunately, someone was smoking or vaping constantly in a neighboring apartment, which made the stay pretty uncomfortable.

Located in a residential apartment comex near Plaza de Armas. Cooking odors wafted into room. Loud Christmas Eve party u til 3am. No A/C. No amenities. But room was clean and nice. Small kitchenette was nice, too. Paid for breakfast included, but none was served on Christmas day. Asked for refund, was told could have two breakfasts the next day. Checked out before .y two-breakfast morning.

The location and price are attractive, as well as having a small kitchen and separate bedroom. It could use a thorough cleaning. Also, I asked twice for a lightbulb to be replaced in the loose bedside lamp and never got it. Our TV remote did not work (it needed new batteries) and those never came.
