Wonderful Beach Stay

Perfect space for a small family reunion. Food places are located close by and the beach is super close! Our coffee machine wasn’t working properly, but overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Seagrove condo

The place was excellent, close proximity to beach access, seaside pavilion and cozy and updated inside. However there was a a small scent of cigarette smoke still lingering, not like a recent smoke scent but as If someone that used to live there smoked regularly inside

False advertisement

We were missing some of the amenities listed, our refrigerator quit working, there is no place to rinse off anything you take to the beach. It is more than a four minute walk to the beach as well as the fact that you have to go down probably 40 steps. Then there is no private beach access for such a large rental company. The only thing they could tell me was beach access is across from a gas station. Nothing else. Trying to get refunded for the amenities that were missing as well as the food we lost while down there has been a nightmare

Location is great

We stayed for a senior trip for my son. This was perfect for them. The bunk room was great! The location is a quick walk to the front of the property and then across the street to the boardwalk. Note- this condo is in the furthest ack corner of the property so the walk is a little longer than if you were at the front. Still not bad. There is a combo coffee pot and keurig. Which we couldn’t find listed so we brought our own. There is also a blender and a crockpot if you are planning meals. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. The beds are super comfy too! All around a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. I do suggest renting bikes or a golf cart to get around. If you want to go right down the strip to seaside there is hardly any parking, so other means of transportation are handy! Other than that you love this spot!

Summer beach trip

Stay was great, location was very good, close to everything including Seaside. Home was well equipped with all kitchen utensils. Very accommodating and comfortable. Wish there was some backup on supplies, like toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing soap, bath soaps, shampoo and conditioner, there was also no laundry detergent to wash at least the first load. No coffee pods either. Sorry we are not spoiled but frequent VRBO renters and usually get these items plus 1 backup supply along with snacks, so this was a first. The tile floors were dirty and sofa in the living room is light colored and also needs to be cleaned. Also don’t try checking in early even though the unit is cleaned and vacant because they won’t let you. Overall this can be a really good rental if the above mentioned is addressed.
