Close to Orvieto, Todi and Perugia, our property, located in an old stone-and-bricks farmhouse, is composed of a living room with a double sofabed, a large, fully appointed kitchen with fireplace, one double bedroom, one bedroom with triple bunk bed, large bathroom, TV room. Outside, a mostly fenced-in ground of 8,000 sqm with olive trees and an orchard, with a large infinity pool (13x7 metres), terrace with spectacular view on Umbrian countryside, patio area with barbecue and wood fired oven. Electri car charging available (payment on demand). Confortable, rustic yet refined furnishing. Ideal for families and for people with dogs. Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Assisi are all close-by and easlily reachable by car. The medieval hamlet of Rotecastello is just 300 metres away.
