Das Anwesen liegt inmitten der grünen Landschaft Umbriens, nicht weit von der mittelalterlichen Stadt Todi entfernt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und liegt zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Montefalco und Spoleto (alle ca. 45 Minuten Fahrt). Die Manager (Frederique und ihre Mutter) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fast jeden Tag wurde eine hausgemachte, leckere Pasta, Salat oder Kuchen gebracht. Lecker! Kurz gesagt, wir haben es genossen, es war ein wundervoller Urlaub.

Wir kamen spät in der Hütte um 23.30 Uhr. Wir hatten zuvor um 23.00 Uhr angezeigt. Es war schön, dass es könnte eine Ausnahme gemacht werden, und dass der Eigentümer für uns so spät warten wollte. Die Immobilie ist einzigartig und gemütlich mit zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Raum mit Wohnzimmer und Küche in einem. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer. Es sieht sauber und ordentlich. Unten befindet sich nicht sehr leicht durch die kleineren Fenster, aber das ist ganz schön im Sommer die Hitze draußen zu halten. Als Nachteil der Hütte kann ich zwei Dinge nennen die harten Betten (bereits sehr schnell gewöhnt) und die Dusche war mittelmäßig. Aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Der Besitzer Frederique und ihre Mutter Rita alles tun, um Sie glücklich zu machen. Rita bekam jeden Tag gutes Essen, Pasta, Bruschetta, Hackbraten bis Kuchen. Das war sehr nachdenklich. Der Garten ist schön und teuer mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Der Pool sah sauber und ordentlich, aber wie es ungeheizt war, wir haben sie wirklich nicht verwenden. Es gibt einen Grill zur Verfügung und es gibt auch einen Kinderspielplatz mit Schaukeln, Tischfußball und tafeltennis.De Umgebung ist darüber hinaus fantastisch, sowohl landschaftlich schöne Altstädte, Todi, Orvieto, Assisi. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um zu sehen Dinge. Rom ist auch weniger als zwei Stunden entfernt.
