Perfect stay

Casa Blanca 7 is in the perfect location - center of town, easy to walk to shops, sights and restaurants. Staff was great - very helpful. Room was done well - everything you could want in a room. The only thing i would add would be a pillow menu as i prefer a softer pillow.Would highly recommend this hotel and will come back

Beautiful hotel

The staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Breakfast on the rooftop was absolutely perfect and the highlight of our stay. I do think dinner and lunch on the rooftop are sadly missing as an option and would be a great plus if available. Also make sure to inquire in advance if they are hosting a wedding at the hotel during your stay….if so drinks on the rooftop bar are not available as it is only available for wedding guests. This leaves other guests no where to go once back at the hotel which was a sad surprise to us during our short stay,

The location was perfect. The room was so clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated It was like an oasis after a long day of walking in SMA center. The staff were so kind and polite. The breakfast was wonderful too.

Staff was excelent, very helpfull in all matters......room was very clean, with a lot of space......its right in the middle of dowtown , close to all shops and restaurants...... on the not so bright side: door key was tricky, no elevator to second floor ( well there is , but is a service elevator)

This hotel was a gem! Right in the center of everything, walkable to top sites and rooftop restaurants. The grounds were beautiful, the room was small but stylish with an Nespresso machine and stocked mini fridge. The shower was surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was generous with great variety, and the rooftop restaurant had stunning views. Staff even arranged a private car to and from Mexico City—super convenient. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous, well located hotel with an amazing staff and excellent restaurant. Only one drawback- despite exquisite fixtures, both our rooms lack sufficient lighting for reading.

The staff at this hotel is the best we have encountered anywhere in our travels. They are friendly, attentive, courteous, and go above and beyond for their guests both in the restaurant and at the concierge desk. The only negative is that the lighting in the rooms could and should be improved. The rooms are quite dark so difficult for reading. Also it would be nice to have a comfortable side chair. The beds and linens are very high quality and very comfortable.
