Absolutely!!!! This was a more perfect little hideway than i could have imagined. The pictures really don't do it justice- absolutely adorable. I would stay there again. Very clean& well accomidating.

The place was absolutely charming.Got the opportunity to meet the owner, and was impressed that he built the bedroom himself.We cane friday for a wedding Saturday and left Sunday, so not much time un the room but We had a great time and were very comfortable. Will definitely book again

I didn’t realize the property was in an RV park, but the location was okay and right off the highway. It was close to Texas State University which was convenient. There is no washer/dryer in the home as I thought the listing showed. There was a wasp and a few bugs in the restroom both nights we stayed. There were so many light switches but we could never figure out how to turn the front porch light on, nor the twinkle lights inside the bedroom area. The beds were extremely soft with little support , like sinking in soft. The host was very quick to respond when I had a question before check in.

My 16 year old daughter and I LOVED this homey cottage. The host is wonderful and helpful where he responded in a timely manner to questions. The washer and dryer are not in this "charming cottage", but at the front of the property by the container and mail boxes where they are accessible. This cottage is located at the back of the property and it is very quiet. I took several pictures and included this one because it shows more of the very nice kitchen area. We plan to come back and working on picking a weekend to do so!

Was a little confused when arrived as the location is in the back of an RV Park. Place was nice except for the beds. The main bed was uncomfortable, felt like an air mattress when you feel every move.

It was an ok spot. It’s subjective but the bed was way too soft for us, kinda felt like an underinflated inflatable mattress. Also… and I’m assuming the owner will sort out this issue, but we probably had 8 wasps inside the place in the day and a half we were there. Not sure where they were coming in but… yeah. Ended up leaving early. It’s a great location though, quiet, right off highway and close to all the stuff San Marcos has to offer.

This place was amazing!! It was sooo clean and the host thought of everything you could need. Dishes and other kitchen things were available. Check in and out was seamless. The area is very quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. 10/10 would recommend staying here!!!

The cottage itself is just the cutest and coziest lil place. Everything was great and the host really thought of everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy and clean, the fridge was clean and the bathroom was clean. My kids and I loved our stay and will definitely stay again. Communication with the host was great at first but at check in, we lost it somehow. Had to call VRBO to get help accessing the property but it was handled within minutes. All in all, this little getaway was perfect. I wish I had tried the coffee place but these kids wanted to leave early for the river.

Great Hill County Getaway

We went to San Marcos to attend a graduation ceremony & celebration. This cottage was in a perfect location. Seemed to be less than 10 minutes from everything we needed. Perfect location.

Great little cabin

This a great little cabin. Very well stocked w dishes, cookware, soaps and shampoo. I brought my 84 YO mother with, so I needed a bed and bath on the main level. Everything is one level, except a very small loft w a 2nd bed reached by a wooden ladder. The loft has a rail & gate and is above the main level bed (in the same room)..the living room has a futon sofa that folds down to make a 3rd bed,if needed.
