Booking a room is a slow process that has to be done on line even though we were sitting in the reception area of the hotel. we cancelled our room very soon after booking and received a text that it had been cancelled yet I was charged $104.77 and $69.39, not sure why. I would like that money refunded either from the Hyatt or Expedia.

Great room, clean facilities, convenient shuttle to Old City. Only downside you need to know is that on cruise ship arrival / departure days, the hotel lobby and luggage storage areas are *packed* and you'll have to wait with your suitcases until check-in time. This is really unfortunate if you want to explore the city instead of the lobby. As such, I cannot recommend this hotel on cruise days.

We appreciated the shuttle to Escambron beach, T mobile center, and old San Juan! Breakfast was average with eggs, meat, breads, and fruit. Water pressure was terrible but water was HOT! Room stayed cool. Would recommend to others wanting to explore this side of the island!

The young lady who checked us in was particularly conscientious. The room was comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night. There was water standing outside the bathroom, and the room was very humid. We were on the 2nd floor. Other than that, the room was good.
