The breakfast is so so, and it's quality was average. The food menu in the facility is very limited and quality of the food was poor.The front desk staff was great though. rooms were clean and the cleaning crew was great too.

The Hyatt Place is walking distance to the convention center and the T-Mobile District. There are shuttles to the convention center which is convenient when it's raining. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was good.
This was my 2nd time staying and it was just as great. The staff are A1 so nice and welcoming. it is 5 mins walk to the t-mobile convention center, small beaches, close to old san juan, a little local casino and just nice spots to sit outside and enjoy waking around as well as food options. I would recommend giving better breakfast options and a bit more cleanilness especially with the pool since it is everyones favorite place to be because its so fun and ( the pool closes at 10pm which is great). Its great for girlfriends and families.

The hotel is near to almost everything, concerts, stores, sidewalks, and food. What I don't like was there is no Wi-Fi near the pool and other areas of the hotel. And you have to wait a lot for your check in on front desk.
family friendly and also great for a groups, great location, good good, staff is nice. Lots of places are walking/ scooter distance. Had a great time. Def coming back
