I was charged a bogus smoking fee that was eventually removed only after escalating the matter up to the CEO. I spent a considerable amount of my vacation disputing this scam of a fee. I also had two incidents of staff going out of their way to be intentionally rude.

I only stayed two days and I must say the hotel itself is just okay. The room I stayed in was spacious but the bathroom was very small. It was no room for two people and it was just myself and my husband. The shower was very cold even when I turned on the hot water and I am pregnant I couldn’t take the cold showers. The complimentary breakfast was mid I have orange juice and cold eggs one day. Oh and the toaster for the bread, bagels and etc., did not warm anything. All in all I would not come back to this hotel.

We were charged for a "smoking fee" when we don't smoke AND was in a massage appt at the time of the "incident". When I asked about it, I was told it happens ALL the time and I'd have to dispute it with my CC co. THEN they charged me for it AGAIN!!!

The pool area was a highlight although a DJ played music SO loud after about noon each day. If you are looking for a relaxing pool experience this may not be the place for you. Food and drinks available by the pool with a nice hot tub. Free breakfast was very good with made to order omelettes. They had an evening reception where you could get a free drink (the wine was pretty ok). Bed and the room were both comfortable. Not the cleanest place I have stayed but not bad. They have a convenient guest laundry for $6 per load to wash and dry right next to a nice gym area. Convenient to the airport but could not hear the planes very much.
