Use to be a nice place but now it’s quite bad. Young irresponsible kids handling front desk. They sit on the couches on their cellphones. They are not informed correctly. It’s totally deteriorating rapidly

The hotel room info and photos were misleading from website. The room was dirty (bed, curtains, water spots from ceiling, cockroaches walking around). The room was musty and moldy. Informed CS staff and moved to another room, same issues. Not happy!

Horrible experience

We didn’t even stay at the hotel. Once we got our room key, as soon as we got into the elevator we felt unsafe. The room door did not have a secure lock, the restroom had no shower curtain, the toilet was loose, restroom window was open and everyone can see in. Rusted item on the table. Just the worst, nothing like it was advertised.

Lobby with water filtrations, poor air conditioning. Very noisy rooms, couldn't sleep well during the stay. Very limited parking spaces in the hotel. Outside the hotel expensive parking. I fell when I tripped on a step in the lobby. The warnings to watch the steps are very poor.
