Enjoy San Jose while staying in our private guest house! The guest house has a private entrance at the rear of the house and consists of a master bedroom Upstairs and living room Downstairs . We are the main tenants of the house that shares common laundry room with the guest house. The property located in the nice and quiet near Penitencia Creek Park.We are only 15 minutes to the SJC airport, downtown.

1. Deposit Required Prior Arrival : $2000 for long term rental ( 31 days - years).
2. No smoking of any type in and outside of the house, failure to do so will lead to rent termination.
3. Overnight guests are only accepted by owner or no any type of party or loud noise in the house.
4. Guests are required to send copy of photo ID and sign the agreement provided by hosts 24hrs before their stay. Failure to sign will lead to reservations being cancelled.
5. No Pet allowed.

Access through your own private entrance and make yourself at home in our freshly furnished unit. Please feel free to take-out and dine in using the provided dishes and silverware. Please clean up the dishes and put your garbage in the front door before you check out.
