Staff was friendly and ready to help. Room was affordable and clean. Continental breakfast was wonderful. The reason I could not rate a 5 star review was because of how difficult it was to find the actual parking garage/parking lot for this facility. The bed and the pillows in the rooms were horrible. My sleep there was not very restful because of how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were

Everything was just perfect after a long day of traveling. Wish I could've stayed longer but my time at the hotel was pretty much flawless. Chill staff, great amenities, coming back to my hotel after my day out just felt really cozy and homey. If I come back to SJ I'm definitely staying here again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant stay at Hyatt Place San Jose Downtown! The hotel is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Nick at the front desk. He handled my check-in flawlessly while also bartending — very professional and friendly. Outstanding service! This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever business or pleasure brings me back to downtown San Jose.
