BEWARE! This is an excellent hotel but it is a $40 taxi ride from the airport and the same to downtown San Jose. It is in the PROVINCE of San Jose, NOT in the city. Rooms are excellent, Food was VERY good, Staff was friendly. Located in a Business Park, with a small mall next door. I felt like being in Irvine while wanting to be in Los Angeles.

Really great stay here. Pretty close to different restaurants and shopping. The room and hotel were really modern and clean and the stand in shower in the king room was top notch. I would stay here again. I was here for a week

The staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. However, small details go a long way and the maintenance in the hotel needs to be better. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and my room has a hole on the bathroom wall, the room description says “sound proof” and it’s not. I can hear people talking, children scream in the other rooms. I can hear an ambulance siren. The food is very expensive but not good at all. I did dinner and breakfast, both very disappointing.

Terrible servicio y experiencia! Yo reservé por expedía una habitación con dos cuartos , me cobró la habitación de DOS CUARTOS 、 de 160 $ por noche. Y me dieron una habitación de un solo cuarto de dos camas. Que costaba menos , que es $130 . Trate todo lo posible de explicar y que me devuelvan la diferencia en precio ya que me informan que no tiene ese tipo de habitación que yo reservé. Los tres front desk que me atendieron el caso insiste que yo soy la equivocada. Aceptaron que fue un error de información en la página. Pero ese error lo hicieron asumir yo como cliente! Me quedé sorprendida de nivel de atención al cliente que tiene. Aseguro que no regreso más nunca!
