Literally just a bed and toilet. The room was loud, and the bathroom was so tiny you couldn’t close the door and sit in the toilet. It said there was breakfast options but there was a half cup of milk and bowl of Frosted Flakes, no muffins, toast, or anything. The coffee was about 4 oz and you had to sit on the coffee machine to make sure you had enough. Very cheap and clean, but don’t expect much.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel has extremely poor sound insulation — all the noise from outside can be heard as if you were standing in the parking lot. At night, cars starting right outside the door were so loud that they would literally wake you up, sounding as if they were inside the room. The window did not close completely, which felt unsafe, as anyone could potentially get in through it. Another major downside was the air conditioner — it was very loud and made it difficult to sleep or rest properly. This hotel is definitely not suitable for a quiet and comfortable stay.

The Staff were great! Room was clean and basic. The bed was comfortable. Bring your own toiletries and breakfast. The "toiletries" provided included 4 little pkgs of Conditioning shampoo and 2 ridiculously small pieces of soap. The "breakfast" had 2 types of cereal, a juice machine, Coffee machine, a few pieces of bread for toast and one container of yogurt. My husband went down every morning to see if it had gotten better, but Nope. They are also directly in the flight path for SJ Airport. The jets fly directly overhead starting between 6am-6:30am and continue all morning. We asked for a quiet room, when we booked, that was when they should have mentioned the noise from the planes. NOPE

The bed was highly uncomfortable.The remodel that they did is horrible and not kept up because there were multiple spots where the flooring was coming up, Or not even finished. Somehow, every single day outside of my room, the ground was completely wet. The office always seemed closed so I didn't even bother with the breakfast because I would have to call to get the office door unlocked. If you have another choice, go stay there, don't even bother with this one
