Everything was fantastic, the nice part is they have an infinity pool where kids are allowed, but have a lazy river where it attracts them more, so both adults and kids can enjoy, food was great too.

The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch. The hotel was clean. Noticed grounds keepers and pools being cleaned every morning. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Food was amazing. The staff were all friendly and warm. Entertainment team was super fun! We will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.

Resort is on the smaller side and there isn’t a whole lot to do if you like some of the activities that other all inclusives typically have; overall, the experience was good, resort is clean, rooms are spacious and most of the staff are very attentive. Only two actual restaurants to make reservations at (steak house and Italian) and then a buffet (only open for breakfast and dinner) and pool side spot to eat. On the first night, our room was located right below the lobby and we could hear the dragging of metal chairs every couple of hours. Mentioned this to the check in staff and they switched our room the next day - they were very accommodating and helpful. Location of the hotel is convenient if you plan on going to San Jose or Cabo San Lucas. About a 20 minute Uber ride to either. Gorgeous views from the infinity pool if you get up early enough to get a chair. You need to be there by about 6:30/7am if you want a spot. Other pools are bigger and much easier to get chairs at. Would recommend to families and those who want a laid back, relaxing vacation without all the entertainment that some of the bigger chains have.

Honest review

The hotel overall cleanliness was good, WiFi was in and out. I would not recommend the spa services. The buffet was not good but the other restaurants were good. The lazy river was nice but was closed for most of our stay. Our room didn’t get cleaned everyday. The hotel is located 20 minutes from everything so you will need to uber if you want food or if you want to go anywhere. I would say this is a 4 star not a 5 star resort.

The property was nice and new. It's well maintained and employs friendly staff. There are a few things that was not to my liking. The concierge is not concierge but rather a disguised timeshare salesman. They asked if I needed anything a few times but never did the things I asked and still attempted to sell me on timeshare. The next thing is that there is NO AC in the restaurants. We were eating and sweating at the same time as the temperature was the same inside and out (about 88 degrees). The last thing was they nickel and dime you on tide pods and sell them at $1.30 each. I really don't mind paying as it is not expensive but the hassle of having us go down to the resort store to buy it is a big disappointment. It's all inclusive so those should be included. They will serve me multiple alcoholic drinks and tuna sashimi which cost significantly more but won't give me Tide pods to do my kids' laundry. This blows my mind. Overall, the experience was great. The food was good and the staff friendly and attentive. I spent 7 days there and our TIP Bill was about $500 USD. They use prices they would charge you if you were not on the all inclusive plan to ask you to tip.

Everything about the resort was amazing! Downsides, non-swimmable beach and they changed how the kids club wasn't part of the all inclusive package. But it didn't stop us and our kid had a blast each time he went!
