The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were nice and the restrooms were small but functional. Upon check-in we were greeted by Desan who was amazing. Desan checked us in quickly and provided us information of easting establishments and routes to various attractions. The hotel was clean and well kept. I would visit this hotel again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Union District.

The hotel room was really small, including the bathroom. The refrigerator was also really small. No parking garage. I will never come to this hotel again because parking is not including they only offer valet which is almost 90 dollars total for the night.

Ac didnt work ac set to 60 and room still warm. Wifi was down for multiple nights. Staff is amazing. Very dirty outside and homeless population very high near hotel. Restaurant not open all day or bar. Breakfast and coffee only until 10:30 the closed rest of day and night. Couldn’t go down to bar and chill never. If it wasn’t for hotel staff I would never stay again. Took over 20 min to get car from valet everyday.

Amazing Stay

I was more than appreciative for my stay at the Courtyard Marriott which I booked through Hotels.com. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the afternoon treats of free popcorn and delicious chocolate chip cookies. Free water was available when needed which was also appreciated. Security was on point and we never felt uneasy as we moved to and from the hotel. I have to spend some time highlighting the very friendly staff. However, the absolute best staff members we loved were Susie and Christian (I hope I spelled their names correctly.) Christian without a shadow of a doubt made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. He made us feel like family. Every time we left he had a kind word or even just "have a great day." We missed him when he was not on shift. Susie is the reason we decided to stay at the Marriott. We called in before booking and she took the time out to tell us not only about the hotel, but also about the city. She is an amazing person who treats every guest with care and respect. She also greeted us as we left and when we returned. We will definitely only stay there when we visit San Francisco again. It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott!

It was a great stay for our family. It was a busy weekend with the Outside Lands Festival going on in the city but we didn’t feel it even with the hotel being booked out. The service was top notch with everyone being friendly, warm, and courteous. Valet parking is a bit expensive but on par with all other hotels and parking garages in the city. I recommend staying here for business or pleasure!

The hotel was just what we were looking for in terms of a stay in San Francisco. Close to Union Center and a Waymo was able to pick us up to take us anywhere else we needed to go. Huge shout out to the valet Chris, he was there to greet us every morning with a smile and small chit chat as to what our day had in store.

It was very clean and conveniently located to all attractions, in the middle of the city and staff was great. I like that they always had water and coffee in the lobby. And the door men were very courteous and attentive.

The front desk staff and doormen were helpful and very friendly. They gave me some helpful and safe suggestions. They were super nice. The location is not the greatest due to the noise on the street at night. The room was small but just right. The only downfall was the bar and food situation, during our stay the bar wasn't open. If you stay here go to the Japanese restaurant right across the street, it's delish.
