Great Location and Stay

As Advertised

Everything was as expected. The place was very clean and everything was in working order. It's kinda small like most buildings in that area, but it was still fine for our family of four. The area was pretty quiet as well, despite being located directly off the street. Also it was very centrally located for our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

Clean, stocked, great communication, central location. Walking friendly, Uber friendly. Quiet. Great view of the valley below toward harbor and airport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It’s convenient to everything in San Diego and nearby cities. Location is perfect as freeway access was very close. Home was clean and hosts were easy to contact.

San Diego Getaway

We enjoyed the stay here. The house looks exactly in the picture. Having a garage space is a plus. The property is within 15 mins wherever we needed to go. Great Location! The second bedroom is great for our teens and has two twin beds. This is the reason why we chose this property. Some property that we look at has one bed for their second bedroom, so this is perfect for the family. My son loves the view from the deck because he can see all the planes take off from the airport.

Overall the property is great! We really enjoyed our stay here. Things are near but not super close. If you enjoy walking, you'll be fine, but if that's not for you, rent a car or use public transportation, which is a little ways of a walk. The location is great for most everything you'd want to do though. I'd recommend this place for sure.

Great location for MCRD access

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The space is clean, modern, and well equipped for living like you're at home. Check in and out were really easy and all of our communication with the host was done via text, which is my preference (they are happy to speak on the phone as well). The property manager responded within a matter of a minute or two each time I reached out; can't stress enough how pleased I am with their responsiveness and communication. The location is loud due to it's proximity to I-5, the airport, and MCRD, which makes using the deck problematic for conversation, but the noise isn't noticable when inside. Even with the noise, walking the area is super enjoyable as you will find wonderful little shops, plants, and people all around old town. There are fantastically challenging hills for super cardio as well. Should our younger kiddo decide to join the Marine Corps also, we will definitely be back.

Great property

I have only good things to say about my stay at this property. We were in town for my son’s graduation at MCRDSD and the location is absolutely perfect. The property was a 15 min drive from sunset cliff and Ocean Beach. We walked to Old Town neighborhood for dinner and it was a great atmosphere at night. There was a short drive to the Little Italy neighborhood for another great atmosphere. I walked over to Holiday INN directly across the street for breakfast food. The manager has the check in and check out process down and made it extremely easy to check in and check out. Pictures are accurate for the property.

Busy days, restful nights

My friend and I had a short visit to San Diego. We were exhausted every night and were happy to come back to a quiet place to relax. So conveniently close to the airport that our early flight out didn’t seem so bad!

Walking distance to Marine base which was very nice. Walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Clean property with garage. Also close to the airport. Don’t know that I will be in San Diego again, but if I am, would definitely stay here again.

Short local stay

We needed a local place to stay while our house was fumigated. The house was in walking distance to great Mexican food in Old Town and close to the 5 freeway. Inside the house was very clean and had coffee at the ready along with shower essentials. Great place to stay!
