To begin with, communication with the property management group was excellent, with all questions and concerns being addressed quickly and without issue. The house is beautiful and couldn't have been in a better location. You have great views of Mission Bay, Pacific Beach and San Diego in general all from the back yard. There is also a large outdoor table, comfortable sectional and a table/firepit on the patio. For those with children, there are several toys and a children's playhouse. The little ones we had, 4 years and 1 1/2 years found many ways to keep themselves occupied. The house is modern, clean and very comfortable. We made use of the garage, which is an added bonus and provides for plenty of parking combined with the driveway. The rooms, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels and a small bag of toiletries were found in each room, nice touch. The kitchen is very user friendly, with modern appliances for your use as needed. The house is very airy and open, with large windows and several sliding glass doors. I would like to address a few things that were left in another review which gave an overall rating of 6. A comment was made about no exhaust fans. Not needed, just open the windows and sliding doors. And please, not flexible with arrival and departure. You booked if for a certain time, its called a contract. If you want to arrive early or stay late, YES you should pay, its OUTSIDE of the contract. Sorry, had to say it.
