Great location, perfect set up, the outdoor areas were great and the inside accommodations were very nice. Access to the bikes, sand toys, wagon, and beach chairs was really nice. Great overall experience, proximity to sail bay was great for young kids.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was well equipped. We appreciated the garage parking. It was just 2 blocks to the beach. Loved that the place had a lot of kitchen items, the outdoor spaces and the pinball machine.

What a perfect VRBO rental!! A beautiful condo in a perfect location. Very clean and in excellent condition. Amazing outdoor space. Epic pinball machine resulted in hours of family fun. Comfortable beds. Responsive hosts. Bikes and paddleboards in the garage. I highly recommend this condo and will absolutely book it again for my next SD trip!!

Property was as described and very nice. I was traveling solo and meeting my son for a basketball tournament weekend so didn’t make use of most of amenities but everything was there and available. Great location and super comfortable. Great communication with the property manager always asking if they could help with anything. Had a few groceries delivered and there before I arrived which was very helpful. Steps away from bay walk path and beach.

We had an amazing stay! The only reasons for a 4 star is because this condo is located at an intersection with a traffic light making the second bedroom (bunk room) very noisy. Our kids stayed in there with a sound machine and it was still loud and bright. Also, the electronics in the home are fairly dated. Other than that, the condo was spectacular. We played on the pinball machine and hung out on the roof top a ton. Having beach supplies with a 2 mins walk to the bay was a huge perk. The condo was about a 15 min walk to the ocean, bars and restaurants but an easy walk with views. We will definitely book with the same management company again.

The accommodations were just as described and pictured in the VRBO rental profile. Coast Vacation Homes was excellent in communication while we were there for anything that we needed. Home was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

Great place for a relaxing stay!

Beautiful property close to the beach with a private patio for home bodies. Very clean and quiet. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The location was great. The property was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped and the property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Great spot away from the craziness

We normally stay right on the boardwalk of mission beach. This spot was nice change of pace with a more quiet vibe yet still super close to the bay to hang out at the beach. The price was also great considering you get all 3 floors of the unit including the rooftop and garage parking.

Very nice location, lots of fun activities at the house. Quiet and comfortable! Company was very easy to Work with. Great outdoor spaces too. One suggestion maybe have housekeeping or maintenance fill the bicycle tires with air. All were pretty flat and the pump provided is old and hard to use.

Beautiful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a very nice condo with all of the amenities. We were able to enjoy the fire pit one night and the outdoor grilling area is also amazing. Close to grocery store, beach, shopping, etc. It has it all. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Fun weekend getaway

The home was clean and had everything we needed. The bikes, paddle boards and beach chairs were an added plus! We arrived and jumped on the bikes and rode all over. Great location.

Perfect Stay!

Honestly, this stay was perfect. House great location, well appointed, fabulous outdoor kitchen and comfortable living space. We used the bikes provided and didn't drive anywhere. Easy Sail Bay and Pacific Beach access. Can't wait to come back! Met the owner, super friendly.

Nice place in PB

This house is great - in a relatively quiet spot but close enough to the PB activities. The patio is really nice as well for a bbq. The only negative was the constant reminders not to have a party or make any noise - kind of puts a damper on things if you want to enjoy the patio with friends and family.
