Staff were cordial and easy to talk to and accommodating. Paulina has great taste in music!!! The rooms are a little small but there is so much to do you almost forget about. It’s a perfect spot to people watch from our window and convenient to all the restaurants and bars nearby.

The room was decent for just a short getaway trip. It’s located in the center of Lite Italy with a great selection of restaurants. The Saturday farmer’s market is just outside the door of this location. The amenities in the room at okay. Toilet paper is terrible - like sand paper.

Loved my stay here! The staff deserves 10 stars for how friendly they were. I felt extremely welcomed and they were so accommodating. The location is close to transit which is nice if you do not have a vehicle. Being a solo traveler, the room was perfectly sized for my needs. I also could not hear anyone around me, which was another plus. Definitely will stay again next time I’m in the area.

The location of the property is great. There are several restaurants in walking distance and the trolley is a couple of blocks from the hotel. What I did not take into consideration is the noise from late night events or the early morning deliveries to the restaurants nearby. If you are light sleeper this may impact your sleep.

Needs better customer service.

Room is small and needs some renovation, location is good, needs to improve their customer service, the room did not have the number on the door it took me sometime to figure it out, also I needed to ask about the area, why receptionist did not advice about the number and what we can do in the area? Liked that it was in the middle of everything didn’t need to drive anywhere. The parking spaces are very small but felt safe leaving my car there. The AC worked well but is old and made a noise while on and the room had no ventilation. Also was able to hear someone snoring next door so thin walls. It was okay though if needed I would stay there again.

This hotel is more like a motel 6 you have to get an iron and toilet paper from the front desk there is no daily cleaning! The bed had hairs on it the shower was not cleaned well the AC was dusty I sneezed all night long my allergies was really bad. It smelled moldy in my room it was a lot of dust in the carpet the lobby pictures on Expedia is not how the lobby look in person the location is great but the hotel is horrible I would never stay here again!

Property was in a great location if you want to be close to restaurants and the city action. Hotel staff was super friendly and check in was really quick. The only downside was that parking was expensive and in a very very small underground lot. I wouldn’t recommend if you are traveling solo or have a car bigger than a sedan. Parking was stressful.

I've stayed here many times over the last two years, but this time I found the room to need some work. The smell was musty (like a bit of mildew in the AC perhaps), the area in front of the hotel smelled like dog poo every time I walked in or out, and overall the property is just a little grody. Some fresh paint on the trim in the rooms and cleaning the AC would go a long way, I think. I still had a good experience with the comfy bed etc. Staff are always super pleasant and helpful. Just needs a bit of love.
