There was a huge roach in the tub. The carpet was very sticky. The man who delivered our towels was very rude. The only thing that was nice was the friendly lady who helped us during the breakfast time.

We have stayed at this property at least 6 times in the last few years. We like the staff and the location for convenience sake but the hotel itself needs an update. The furniture is visibly worn and the rooms are getting old. Smelly room.

The breakfast was surprisingly great with carnitas in addition to eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, etc. The furniture in the rooms is very old, and in the case of the sofa and chairs in my room, totally threadbare. The tub also could've used replacing. It would've been nice if the one elevator wasn't out of service for the three days I was there, but the employees claimed they didn't know. Nevertheless, the location and price are great.
