Staff was great. Some of the plugs did not work. We did not have a shower curtain, so water went everywhere. It needs to be fixed. Fan was on on Auto, but ran all the time we were there, so weird.

Our room's AC didnt work so I called front desk. Some really unprofessional maintenace man showed up & literally asked me, "what do want me to do about it"! I told him how about you try to fix it or move us. They couldnt fix it & asked if we can wait til the next day. At 79 degrees, I told them no. They did move us to a room with an AC working. toto fix ot

The $75 non-refundable dog fee was unexpected and a bit high, as was the $14 self-park charge. The other hotels in the this area have no-charge parking lots, so this was unexpected.
