the price and location were OK. The breakfast was not good. coffee was cold and hot water was warm. only couple of twinkles and bagel and cream cheese. the juice machine was out of order, seems like for a long time
The room was clean but there’s a lot of things that should be fixed in the bathroom on top of there was several younger teens staying next door making tons of noise at 2am making my service dog bark and waking up my son we’re gonna be up all night cuz of this never staying here again

Save your self DO NOT GO!!!! This location is the worst I’ve ever been treated and the rooms are a cheap motel quality. The staff don’t have customers service at all zero also there is a night club in the same property. So while you sleep you can hear the music and all the people screaming, running in the hotel. The night shift employees thinks she owns the hotel and wants to make her rules official. We called saying we are running late to check in and she to

Convenient location but I wouldn’t stay again. I saw roaches in the room :(
Overall the customer service was good, we were on the second floor and the elevator door closes too quickly, had to wait for the next time becuase I had luggage and the door was closing. I asked for 2 keys and had a very hard time opening the door it took 5 tries and the second key never worked. I found a cockroach in the restroom.
I did like the nice staff and that theres a window for all night questions. I dont like how damaged the room was. Burned hole on the covers, tub was missing some of its inside tile and the microwave didnt work.

Light bulb was out near counter where most people need it most to wash up. Room had bad smell
The room i was give had bed bugs i saw a pile of mattresses on my way to the room and thought that was odd so i checked for bed bugs and found them immediately grabbed my bags and ran out staff was sooo not surprised to hear my complaint that was unsettling to say the least so don’t consider this place it’s terrible
