The house itself would be great for gatherings. We were welcomed with no AC downstairs and noone willing to fix the problem for two days. We waited on repairs that never came. We requested portable fans and they said no. Showers that don't drain well, landscapers came and stayed over an hour and left a messy pool, ferrel cats and a drive way that you have to rotate cars to use make this a rental to avoid

Fantastic House In San Antonio

Five business associates that all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms for a toy convention in San Antonio. Perfect location! Beautiful house!

Family weekend

Location was great to downtown. The house was beautiful inside and loved the amenities. I can say bring mosquito repellent...it's that time of year in Texas! The outside flower bed/front was not mowed when we arrived and was somewhat disconcerting however it was mowed the next day. I can say that communication with the property manager was great and they had someone out to check/replace batteries in the smoke detectors the same day we notified them of the beeping. Even the though neighborhood is somewhat ...rundown...overall stay was great.

Near the Alamo

The property was great. It was perfect for our large group. The only complaint was that it was in a less than desirable neighborhood but I think that all the homes near the Alamo are in that area. It does seem like people are buying those homes and fixing them up. I would stay here again because the proximity to the Alamodome was great.

Nice house

Nice house, big enough for our family. Room in bottom floor (bed was so squeaky, we couldn’t get a good nights rest).The house was very clean so we were surprised to see roaches.

Spacious comfortable home

This beautiful house is just as it appears in the photos! There was plenty of room for three generations of our family to gather and spend quality time together. The hosts are helpful and quick to respond to questions. The property is a quick drive from activities in San Antonio, the surrounding area and the airport.

This home had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and big bathrooms. The neighborhood is in transition and about a 25 minute walk to the Riverwalk.

Perfect for a business trip

My team and I visited San Antonio for a teachers' convention. The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We shared meals in their spacious kitchen and strategized at the table. The house was comfy and clean. We loved chilling on the balcony with our morning coffee. The pool is small, but we were so busy that we didn't have time to use it. We also visited several local eateries for live music and delicious local food. The neighborhood was welcoming and safe.

Great stay for bachelorette party

The home was very clean and spacious on the inside. Nearly every room had its own en-suite which was a huge plus when staying with a bunch of women. It’s in an up and coming neighborhood so we were a little skeptical when we pulled up, but they did a great job remodeling the property. I wouldn’t necessarily walk anywhere from the home but everything is a very short drive away. The manager was very quick to respond to my messages and ensured we had a great stay.

Annual girls trip

The house is new, modern and spacious. It was perfect for our group of 6 ladies. Everything was in working order, very clean and the location was convenient. The neighborhood is not upscale but it’s very quiet and the back yard is very private. Bring a sound machine for sleeping, because the trains are nearby and blowing their horns constantly throughout the night. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great house

This property was perfect for our guys group. Each one of us had our own bedroom w/attached bath. The house was extremely clean and well designed. Loved the kitchen area and the living room. Was a great place to unwind after a long day out on the golf course. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were awesome. We enjoyed the pool a few times and is a great place to relax. The neighborhood at first glance would be questionable but we found it to be very quiet and pleasant. The property managers were extremely responsive and engaged with any questions that arise. I would book here again.

Quaint and quiet

The house is beautiful. It was clean and ready for check in at the posted time. The location is just minutes from downtown. Very quiet neighborhood. Just make sure you ask host how to get the outlets in the bathroom to work because we couldn’t figure it out but will definitely stay again !

Location

The home itself is beautiful and had almost everything we needed. One issue in the bathrooms upstairs is that there was no way to control the water temperature from the sinks which would go from warm to hot when washing hands or brushing teeth. The downside and upside is the location. Downside - the house is located on a street that is less than desirable (Contruction next door and homes that were boarded up down the street). In addition to this home being in a low-income neighborhood it had a huge feral cat problem (no less than 6-10 cats on or around the property one of which coughed up a hair ball on our vehicle). If you can get past the appearance of the neighborhood and the cats then you're golden. On a positive note, you are within minutes to downtown/River Walk and close to the military base if you're coming for a bootcamp graduation.

Family trip

We were very comfortable in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for our group and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It was close enough to the Riverwalk so we could be in the middle of the excitement but we had quiet when we were ready.

Beautiful home, uncomfortable stay

The home was beautiful. Driveway is very narrow and the “lot” next door we were told to park in was completely overgrown. No communication on maintenance persons showing up at the home unannounced (much less in the this neighborhood) was unsettling. We were given instructions on temperatures to keep the home at, but each night they were overridden and raised making it very uncomfortable in the middle of summer (we got up multiples times each night to put thermostats at the temp provided and each time it was overridden). Sleeping in the home was very uncomfortable because of this. We requested security camera footage as we had reason to believe people were at/in the home, but was ghosted by manager. Exercise caution when booking.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful on the inside. Spacious and clean. The pool is very small but at least it's something to cool off. The neighborhood is transitional but it's fairly close to downtown. That is always the tradeoff when wanting to be close to downtown.

Beautiful and comfortable home

This was a very beautiful home. Close to the riverwalk and only 20 minutes to the Air Force Base for graduation. The beds were very comfortable and the home was clean and very welcoming.
