Room in bad state of cleanliness and repair. Also tried to make us sign a pet agreement and pay a pet fee for our nationally registered service dog, which we refused to do but at checkout discovered we were charged anyway. They claim we will be refunded but I don’t believe that. Wish I could post pictures because I have some doozies.
Calcium was bad. Barely any water came through and went every which way

Staff was great and breakfast was a family hit (included in the stay) good area and clean rooms. Blinds were broken, tv channels where limited, building is fairly outdated and aged. The building layout is cramped and inconvenient. Only real negative to hold against them though was the shower head was abysmal in terms of functionality and water pressure.

Staff was kind. Breakfast was decent. Bathtub had cracks exposing rust. Brown chips in the bathroom wall that looked like a bloody booger or feces. Pieces of metal shavings on the bathroom floor cut me. Dandruff or dead skin behind the mattress by the head space of the bed. Oil spots around furniture in the room. Not properly cleaned. Rooms need drastic renovations.
