Last year I had a room with a balcony for the same room classification. This year, no balcony and it was the darkest room ever. Staff is very friendly. Wish the biscuits were not drenched in butter but otherwise no complaints about breakfast. When booking, not clear parking was extra.

Check in was easy, room was clean, not much for a view, the reception was much better than expected and really enjoyed our breakfast. Parking was tricky, hard to find the "backalley" entrance and cars were parked in the alley making it tricky to navigate and parking was very tight.

First time staying here and last. I went upstairs to wash clothes and the dryer and washer was full of pet hair. Then we had to tell them to change our sheets we stayed for five days so it was a must. Towels had hair on it too.

Right on the River Walk — like literally step outside and you’re there. Breakfast was really good, and not just that… evening drinks and food were on point too. Some really solid hot food options, which made it totally worth it. And did i mention its complementary!! Yup, alcoholic drinks too!! Everything fun on the River Walk is super close. Perfect for a morning walk or just wandering around in the evening. We were here on Halloween weekend and wow — the whole street was packed, everyone in crazy good costumes. Such a fun vibe. Came here with our dog and our parents and honestly had a great time. Super chill, great location, good food. Would definitely come back and I’d easily recommend this place to anyone visiting San Antonio.
