This was our 3rd stay at this property on a family vacation to San Antonio. It is very clean and so quiet! Our room had 10 windows so plenty of views. The breakfast in the morning is a huge bonus along w the evening snacks. Highly recommend!

This is our fourth year in a row to stay here. It is very nice and convenient on the riverwalk. Park in the garage and never have to get out because everything you could need is within walking distance. The few times we did venture out far we just got an uber. Nice breakfast and happy hour makes it that much better.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed the complimentary food and drinks that were provided. Location could not be better, right on the Riverwalk. Parking was a little tight in the garage spaces, but their overnight rates were very reasonable for the area. We will be back.

Great hotel on the Riverwalk

Love staying at this hotel. It’s centrally located to everything on the Riverwalk. Room was great and very quiet, even being street side on the second floor. The front desk staff were friendly and professional.

Overall the location was good and the room was spacious, but we didn’t enjoy several things about this hotel. Parking garage was tiny and not enough room for everyone. Our floor had stairs on it, so we could not bring a luggage cart to our room. The bathroom was small, the floor was not vacuumed, and the laundry room consisted of only ONE washer for the entire hotel. It was stressful to get a turn over the weekend. Not ideal when traveling with kids. The beds and pillows were also not comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. We will not be staying there again.

We stayed at 4 different hotels in 4 different cities in Texas while on vacation, and this hotel was by far our favorite! It seemed to be a historical building, but it was clean, and renovated, and really nice. All of the staff were amazingly nice, and seemed to love their job. The free breakfast and afternoon drinks and snacks were amazing! And a free pop machine open 24 hrs? We only wish we could have stayed longer! The pool on the rooftop was nice too; the hot tub was okay....maybe needed to be cleaned? The fitness room was awesome too! Well maintained machines with sanitizer wipes to clean when we were done.
