We had a very disappointing stay. Check-in was delayed due to an incorrect lockbox code, and the elevators were not working, forcing us to carry luggage down from the top parking level.The unit itself was poorly maintained — broken blinds (we had to use a sheet for privacy), a clogged toilet upon arrival, a TV without a power cord, ants all over the kitchen counters that ruined our groceries, and dirty floors throughout.Overall, this property was not clean or properly prepared for guests. We documented everything. Would not recommend.
The flooring is severely stained and badly in of repairs.
Curtains had completely detached from rod. Notified property owners claimed maintenance would be out to fix but one one ever showed up.
Better picture of curtains on floor.
TV missing power cord which made having one in a room useless.

The condo was nice but the elevator in the garage was broke and we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs and I'm handicap. Then i asked about parking a 2nd vehicle and was told that we would be able to park in a non designated spot, but when we got there we found out it can only be until midnight. So 2 of our guest had to stay somewhere else.

The apartment has had water damage since these photos were taken and repairs have not finished. The host wa unavailable and the apartment was not clean or in order. I called the management company and VRBO. I am seeing a refund. We relocated after 1 night and retuned the key.

Parking elevator wasn't working and having to hike 6 stories wasn't fun. Dirty laundry was left in the washer/dryer. Showers had hard water deposits on fixtures. Bedding was wrinkled at best.

Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay and any questions we had they were answered almost immediately. It was very clean and was in a great location next to the river walk and tons of restaurants. I have no doubt that we will be staying here again on our next visit to San Antonio!!

Great downtown location

This unit comfortably sleeps four, and it has a pullout couch in the living area.The river is right outside this building with quick and enjoyable access to the full River Walk. The unit has a bit of a Manhattan feel to it inside. The unit also has easy access to a fun game room and a fitness center right in the building. Although we did not use the kitchen, it is nicely equipped with just about anything you might need. The people who run the property were easily accessible and continually checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had all that we needed, which was appreciated. The highlight of this unit, though, is its great location right in the heart of downtown San Antonio, and all that the city has to offer.

Overrated

The property was close to the riverwalk and that was a plus. The parking was free but was in a building next door. While the two were connected there were several stairs to navigate to get our luggage into the building where we stayed. The garage elevator did not work one day. The property was not guest ready as there were maintenance items needed. We did report them but the maintenance team could not accommodate our schedule. This property was a disappointment and we would not stay there again.

Very Nice

This was my first experience with Vrbo. The whole experience was great. The property is well kept and was exactly what we needed to get away. It was convenient to the local entertainment and provided a way for us to keep costs down by doing some of our own cooking. The manager/owner was very attentive and communicated with us quickly when any issue came up. Thank you so much for "loaning" us your property. I trust we left it in great shape for the next folks to enjoy it as well.

SA National Basketball Tournament

Wonderful 2bd/2ba apartment in a great location close to the Riverwalk. Added bonus for the kids - game room! Couldn’t have asked for any better communication!!! From the moment we booked, to checkin, throughout our stay & checkout; the process was seamless. The host was very attentive & quick to respond. Highly recommend this very stylish apartment for all!

My family enjoyed the location. Everything was within an easy walk. The layout of the condo was perfect for us with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on opposite sides of living room and kitchen.
