On the first night there we were awake from 4-7 am because someone above us was stomping around and the floor was paper thin. On the second night there as we entered, 3 teenage boys were coming out of the women’s restroom in the lobby. The AC smelled moldy.

Found bed bugs, both my daughter and granddaughter were bitten. Thankful only stayed one night. Notified front desk, showed dead insect. They did nothing to compensate. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort again.
