Conference visit

We liked the duplex; it's in an upscale neighborhood, very safe and an easy walk to the salt palace where we attended a clay conference. Easy access to bus stops too. Interior was just like the photos. Generous number of keurig capsules and the freezer had an ice maker plus ice trays. My only minor complaint was that the shower head height was low. There was a handheld shower head so you could move it around but water came out of both heads I would still book it again though. Thank you!!

Comfortable space in a great location

Great place to stay. Very easy uber or walk to downtown. Easy to get on the highway and leave town aswell. Space was comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Would stay here again

Great Location - Great Size - Great Price

The apartment was super clean, easy to find, simple to get into, and really quite large. The bathroom needs a little TLC, but I suspect a remodel is already planned. The only downside to the apartment - sound carried down from the upstairs. The people upstairs were not deliberately loud, but the sounds from simple walking, talking, and opening cabinets were clearly audible. It meant my sleep was interrupted which was hard after a long journey. Nothing the host can do because it is a building design flaw. Some would not be bothered at all.

Quick Basketball Get away

We made reservations in late November for our spring trip to see the Boston Celtics play the Utah Jazz in March. The reservation process was smooth and the listing was very descriptive and accurate to the unit. A perfect spot for our family of three with two bedrooms, a shared bathroom and apartment kitchen. It was well furnished and the Tv is a Roku so app logins will be necessary. The beds were sooo comfy. We are tempted to get a new mattress. There is shampoo and body wash provided as an amenity, but no hair conditioner so bring that with you. The location is well within walking distance of all the downstairs spots and the state capital. You can use the trax system if you’re not renting a car or like bikes/scooters are everywhere. We ate at a selection of the local brewery’s, but read up on the state’s liquor laws if traveling with kids. The unit is also a 15-20 min.walk from the Delta Center so we were able to walk home after the game. BOLO for the museums, University of Utah, Fort Douglas and Mountain View’s all with 10 minutes drive of the rental. We had a great stay.

Perfect location for exploring Salt Lake City

This is a great apartment to set as home base while exploring Salt Lake City and surrounding ski resorts. The location was convenient and the apartment comfortable and roomy for 3-4 people. Well stocked with supplies and easy to communicate with the property manager via the VRBO app. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Perfect location Very comfortable Had some issues when internet cut out on Saturday Owners should eventually update bathroom and kitchen cabinets; there was a tenant above us….none of this should take away the convenient location, cool air conditioning (it was in the 90’s in Salt Lake) and very comfortable stay Perfect for us to get downtown and to the convention center. For those who plan to or can walk it was good for us but keep in mind it’s all downhill going to the convention center and walking back up be a steep or and incline. About 15 minute walk.

botched arrival arrangements limited response from property manager

The property was fine and very well located but I was given an inoperative key lock code to start with, the phone number I was given did not help with my issue. I called VRBO then and they contacted owner so we spent an hour during which time I was told three times to view the video explaining how to operate the lock (I had done so previously but checked out again just to be sure). The VRBO rep then told me the property had been unlocked remotely but it was after dark by that time and I cannot drive after dark. The property was unlocked when I got there the next morning but that meant I spent the day with my property unsecured. In the meantime, I was texted three more numbers before we found one that worked. Then the manager cut off contact with me when I asked what he was going to do about reimbursing me for the night I did not use the room.

Overall stay very pleasant!

1st..Great parking. 2nd Location was perfect, walked everywhere (area is hilly) 3rd For people that like to cook a better variety of pots and pans would have been nice. We still made wonderful dinners. 4th The place is charming. We would love just a little more water pressure in the bathroom but had no issues. 5th This was the perfect location for our needs and made for a great stay! We'll use this one again in the future.
