Our room was dirty upon entering. The front desk lady was more than helpful and super nice. She was amazing. She cleaned our room and went above and beyond for us. The hotel itself was the issue. Our room looked like someone had just left. There was garbage on the counters and stuff left in the bathroom. We didn’t get to check in for an hour and a half after we arrived. Again not the front desks issue, but she fixed it.

The rooms are practical and have all the basics with kitchen and dishes and cookware and a desk to work from if needed. Nice to have laundry on site and a fitness center. When I first checked in my room was dirty and there was yelling and dogs barking all through the night. The next morning they moved me to a new room on the second floor and I had no more issues. The location is amazing with food of every kind, shopping, even parks and walking trails. The staff were nice and helpful. The clientele were sketchy sometimes, people in transition, but mostly fine.
