The room itself was nice and clean! All new! It was wonderful. The bad side- people live there full time, not just for a hotel stay so it is loud. Parties. People dropping things and screaming at 3 am. People in rooms right next to you slamming doors at 3 am and yelling at each other! People yelling out the windows in the middle of the night and vehicles revving with people shouting. People yelling at each other down the hallway. You’re a fighter or flight will kick in and you will not be able to get sleep with all the noise and chaos happening all around you. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this experience. The room was wonderful. The people all around were not.

Room was very clean, employees are friendly. The following systems were out of order; the back door keycard system, the hot chocolate machine and the check in machine at the front door. Luckily an employee was working so she checked us in. The door and hot chocolate machine are still out a week later. I’d stay here again though.

Clean top to bottom! and friendly staff! Only negatives - noise from freeway and absolutely no frills - no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer/pot/pan or large bowl. Not sure why you have a kitchen with zero supplies?? All that said we would stay again just need to make sure we bring everything we might need.
