Room was mostly great, though the faucet leaked. The public areas of the hotel are gorgeous but the coffee shop was abysmal. I sent my soggy avocado toast back and they took 20% off the check vs. comping, which was disappointing. Good location and nice staff

New Year’s Eve - pool was closed . Reopened- then son got sick from their pool. In contact with the health department. Also- our room had an alarm pre-set- blasted super early! We check out 5 hours early. Horrible experience.

The room was spacious and clean, with a full bathroom and two sinks. The lobby is wonderful to enjoy. The pool is great fun with kids. The Coffee Cafe is delicious for breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly. The UTA tram is right out the door, and you can ride to the City Creek Mall to shop, eat out, or go to Temple Square, or to the Delta Arena (these stops are free; going farther costs money). It was a great family vacation.
