Staff gave inconsistent messages about whether I would get a ticket from SL city for parking in the garage for an hour before paying for a full day of parking. Also, my credit card still shows about 150% of the charges I expect for the stay. A staff member says this should be fixed, but it hasn't after 2 days.

The property was well taken care of and the staff and service were excellent. Some of the furniture was a bit worn but it was clean and that’s the main thing. For me the bed was super comfortable I slept really well there.

Horrible smell.

There was a horrible sewage stench. I went to the desk to ask what could be done. She just said it’s a sewer problem. She said maintenance would come, ( this was at 9:05 pm) well, maintenance came and said they would be right back. We never saw maintenance again.

This hotel has large rooms. The only parking option is paid, self park, at $25 a day, not secure. It’s a clean, but small hotel. I’d call it fine. I wouldn’t select it over a comparable option.

With the exception of booking issues because I went through Expedia, this was the best start I've had in a very long time. The staff was delightful the entire stay. I interacted with several people working at the front desk. The wonen were all super polite & said everything with a smile on their faces. There was a man that treated us like an inconvenience, but it was about midnight & we did just come from a concert, so I'm not going to hold anything against him.
